The maiden company Perfect Industries LLC was founded in 1997.  From Industrial Steel fabrication, the group have now diversified with investments in Coil Coating Plants, Civil Contracting and Stainless Steel Process Equipment Manufacturing, and Turnkey Projects.

The group enterprise value now exceeds USD 25 million, with a turn over of USD 120 million for 2007; projected growth for 2009 is USD 165 million. The group comprises 14 companies with operations in 4 countries and exports to 9 nations.

The management continue to invest with the aim of being market leaders providing efficiency, excellence and reliability. These values, which have been part of the Group's beliefs and convictions from its earliest days, continue to guide and drive the business decisions of the group.

The Group and its enterprises have been steadfast and distinctive in their adherence to business ethics and their commitment to corporate responsibility. This approach remains enshrined in the Group's ethos to this day.
