Perfect Industries FZC offers Continuous Coil Coating Wet Paint Application on substrates such as Aluminum, Galvanised Iron (GI), Galvalume (Aluzinc) using Paint Systems such as Polyester, PVDF, Plastisol and Polyamides. We also pride ourself in being able to conduct complete Technical Evaluation of Coated Coils in house with our State-of-the-Art Laboratory incorporating the most modern testing methodologies.

This State-of-the-Art coil coating plant was commissioned as a part of our Group diversification strategy with Technical Collaboration from UK using best of breed equipments from Italy, India, UK, etc.. The professionals involved in the design and management of this state-of-the-art technology have a combined experience of more than 100 years in Continuous Coil Coating. . We cater for most widths from 300mm to 1500 mm lines. The line can accommodate a multitude of paint systems and substrates.

Our High Speed Plant (Up to 45 meters /minute) is 140 meters in length & having the Latest Two Coat Two Bake system with accumulator at each end. The primer and topcoat are applied in the same run leading to Zero Wastage of Coils. Our two Reverse Roller Coating Machines ensures uniformity, quality and performance of the paint system. Each machine is capable of coating front and back & can be used to coat Four Colors in one run to provide Two Side Coating (C2S) for special customer requirements.

These Precoated coils find their applications in the Roofing & Cladding, Building materials, Ceilings, Rolling Shutters, Furnitures, Cold storages, Automotives, White goods to name a few. In fact they can be used at all the places where sheet metal is used.

The Reverse roller coating of the primer and Topcoat simultaneously ensures that the paint system is uniform in quality & performance. The key to this plant is PLC & Computer controls at all work stations , these have been designed using all fourth generation technology enabling the coating to be done with precision and speed. In house Color Computer , Tinting & JIT approach for the paint system allows us to offer any color required by the customer at the shortest notice and even in smaller batches.

• High Speed Line - close to 50 meters/min implies higher capacity - 30,000 MT of Aluminum OR 80,000 MT of GI
• Double Coat - Double Cure system - the line has two coating machines and two high speed curing ovens. This implies the entire process is completed in one run implying very less wastage.
• Reverse roller coating - Application of both top coat and bottom coat simultaneously ensures that the paint system if uniform in quality and performance.
• PLC and Computer Controls at all work stations enables the coating to be done with speed and precision
• This line can be used with all kinds of substrates - Aluminum, Cold rolled steel, Hop dip Galvanised Steel, EZ, Galvalume, Galfan, Galvanneal etc.
• The Range of the coating which can be offered includes Polyester, High Durable Polyester, High Gloss & Egg shell Polyester for Interiors, PVDF, Special Metallic PVDF for composite panels, Polyamide, ARS & Plastisol. Lamination, Metal embossing and High Quality Printing to help create special visual effects can also be added with incremental equipment additions to the line.
• In future addition of a slitting line would help to provide the customers with requisite material in desired dimensions.
