Coil Coating. . We cater
for most widths from 300mm
to 1500 mm lines. The
line can accommodate a
multitude of paint systems
and substrates.
Our
High Speed Plant (Up to
45 meters /minute) is
140 meters in length &
having the Latest Two
Coat Two Bake system with
accumulator at each end.
The primer and topcoat
are applied in the same
run leading to Zero Wastage
of Coils. Our two Reverse
Roller Coating Machines
ensures uniformity, quality
and performance of the
paint system. Each machine
is capable of coating
front and back & can
be used to coat Four Colors
in one run to provide
Two Side Coating (C2S)
for special customer requirements.

Precoated coils find their

Reverse roller coating

at all work stations ,

using all fourth generation
technology enabling the
coating to be done with
precision and speed. In
house Color Computer ,
Tinting & JIT approach
for the paint system allows
us to offer any color
required by the customer
at the shortest notice
and even in smaller batches.
