What is coil coating?

A flat surface is easier to coat than the formed object . Coil coating or the Precoating process evolves around this theory. The substrate in the flat form is first coated or laminated and then formed so as to have the obvious advantages of better corrosion resistance . The coil coating is done on the flat substrate , the process mainly consist of the pretreatment, primer application and the finish coating. All stages of the coating are under stringent controls by means of electronic and CNC sensors.
