Coils are packed in the eye horizontal condition. The coils are wound on the cardboard sleeve and are wrapped with a cardboard cover. The plastic strap wrapping/tightening ensures that the system is securely fastened. Necessary identification marks on the stickers are provided. The coils, when loaded on the transport vehicles, are secured with the wooden block so as to avoid falls.

Export

Coils are packed in the eye to sky conditions. The coils are wound on the cardboard sleeve. At this point the coils are first wrapped with the plastic cover in order to avoid the moisture absorption during the sea transport. The plastic sheet cover is then fastened with the tapes. The coils are then finally wrapped in cardboard sheets. The plastic strap wrapping ensures that the system is securely fastened. The necessary identification marks along with the country of origin seal is provided . The coils are then loaded on the containers. The coils are securely fastened on the floor of the container to avoid shuffling during the sea transit.
