The basis of the Quality plan at Perfect Industries is QUALITY ASSURANCE & not only QUALITY CONTROL.

The five stage quality assurance is adopted at Perfect Industries . The international specifications are agreed with the customer at the time of taking the order. The incoming raw material is checked for the conformity / Suitability to

the coating . The continous online testing with the help of spectrophotometer , Elcometer , Thermal conductors and computer coded parameters ensures that the quality is achieved during the Coil coating process . The batch samples are also taken from each batch to ensure the product conformity to the requisite specification. The samples are also sent for the long term testing. The quality and the acceptance of the samples is also obtained from the customer from time to time.
